MY STORY

I built businesses first.
Then I had to rebuild myself.

rebuild myself.

For years, I measured progress through projects, performance and growth.

Then a serious infection, sepsis, a broken femur and seven surgeries changed what progress meant.

THE SHIFT

My body forced me to pay attention.

My body forced me to pay attention.

For the first time, strength wasn’t measured by what I could lift, it was measured by whether I could walk.
That experience changed the way I thought about health forever. I realised I had spent years measuring my business, finances and training while knowing very little about what was happening inside my own body.

You can’t optimise what you don’t understand.

You can’t optimise what you don’t understand.

That’s why I became obsessed with measurement. Not with gadgets. Not with complexity. With clarity. My first PRYSM score was 640. Over time, it reached 980. The number matters less than the lesson: better information leads to better decisions.

TODAY

Why I built Gabriella Grace.

Why I built Gabriella Grace.

Today, I help people understand what’s happening inside their bodies so they can make better decisions for the years ahead. My approach is simple: Measure first. Keep it practical. Think long term.

MEASUREMENT IN ACTION

Better decisions begin with better data.

Better decisions begin with better data.

The first time I measured, my PRYSM score was 640. For the first time, I wasn’t guessing what my body needed. I had a measurable baseline and clear recommendations designed to support it. As I followed the plan, my score increased to 980. The goal was never simply a higher number. The goal was understanding my body well enough to make better decisions.
